* TODO.tasks: Marked completed items.
* plugins/debug-manager/plugin.c, plugins/gdb/debugger.c,
plugins/gdb/debugger.h, plugins/gdb/plugin.c,
plugins/project-manager/plugin.c: Prompt user for the debugging
target (select from a list of project's executable targets) and
correctly start debugger. Take care of libtool wrapping when the
target selected is libtool target. Fixed debugger menu items
sensitivity.
