* libgda/libgdamm-2.0.pc.in: Update to show that it now
uses the libgda-2.0 API instead of the older libgda API.
* libgda/src/value.hg: Added reset_with_type().
get_binary() now returns a GdaBinary*.
Renamed get/set_vtype() to get/set_gdatype(). Added
compare() and compare_ex().
* tools/m4/convert_libgdamm.m4: Added needed conversion.
