Log message:
* dogtail/distro.py: Add an Ubuntu subclass of Debian, since Ubuntu in some
cases does things wildly different. For a good example, see dogtail/i18n.py.
* dogtail/i18n.py: Make automatic translation work on Ubuntu with a
special-case: If a script needing automatic translation is running oni Ubuntu,
look for translations in the language-pack-gnome-$LANGUAGE package before the
actual package under test. Note that this makes automatic translation
significantly slower. Also, remove the 'dogtail' prefix from references to
dogtail.config and dogtail.distro.
