* images/math/dot-for-dot.png
* src/concepts/grid-and-guides.xml
* src/menus/view-dot-for-dot.xml: replaced equation by LaTeX
equation and added alternate image for HTML version. This
checkin also fixes some of my mistakes I made during the last
patch.
