patch applied (ghc): Darwin Linker: Do not add local symbols to lochash

  * Darwin Linker: Do not add local symbols to lochash
  ... so that GHCi doesn't complain about duplicate symbols when two C modules 
define the same static variable.
  
  MERGE TO STABLE.
