* Generate ghc.cabal and ghc-bin.cabal with configure
This allows us to put the proper version number into them
./compiler/ghc.cabal -> ./compiler/ghc.cabal.in
./ghc/ghc-bin.cabal -> ./ghc/ghc-bin.cabal.in
M ./compiler/Makefile +5
M ./compiler/ghc.cabal.in -2 +1
M ./configure.ac -1 +1
M ./ghc/Makefile +6
M ./ghc/ghc-bin.cabal.in -2 +1
