UNDO: Add -r option to darcs-all, and remove push-all (#3375)

Ian - what's the plan for this patch? You pulled it out without
comment.

Ah, sorry, looks like I only commented on the ticket.

Meanwhile I had updated some of my scripts to work with the
new darcs-all, and they are now broken :-(

On the whole it seems like a good change to me.

It broke "./darcs-all record" (and presumably also revert, send and tag)
which I use quite a bit.

I didn't look in detail, but the only advantage seemed to be that we had
one script instead of two.

I don't object in principle to the two scripts being merged, though.

I thought the UI was nicer.

  ./darcs-all -r ~/ghc-HEAD pull

vs.

  ./push-all --pull --checked-out ~/ghc-HEAD

having to remember to use push-all rather than darcs-all is slightly annoying, as is remembering to add --checked-out, and "push-all --pull" is a bit Doctor Doolittle.. :)

Cheers,
        Simon
