Johan, would you care to look into that failure? The test case checks
threadDelay against getClockTime, verifying that threadDelay sleeps for
at least as long as was requested. The results suggest that the new
threadDelay doesn't sleep for quite long enough sometimes.
The program is in
testsuite/tests/ghc-regress/lib/Concurrent/ThreadDelay001.hs.
