* Add OSTYPE build-system variable, and use it
The use is in install.mk.in, where we need to know when
we're on Cygwin.
This fixes the build on my Windows box, where I have
both Msys and Cygwin.
M ./configure.ac +5
M ./mk/config.mk.in -3 +5
M ./mk/install.mk.in -4 +6
M ./mk/project.mk.in +4
