The alternative to an installer would be a bindist, which you would then
install (presumably with
configure --prefix=/Library/Frameworks/GHC.framework DESTDIR=`pwd`/inst
or similar) and then `pwd`/inst/Library/Frameworks/GHC.framework would
contain the tree.

We expect to have an installer for 7.0.2.

It'll be 10.6-only unless someone sends a patch to make the dtrace stuff
work on 10.5.
