* Add a missing deRefTSO in scheduleHandleThreadFinished
Was causing rts assertions and incorrect results for FFI callbacks,
e.g. was causing the ThreadScope GUI to segfault.
This only applies to the 7.0 branch, deRefTSO has gone in 7.2.
