Log:
[pirc] Fix strength reduction for <target> = <target> <binop> <expression>.
The problem was that the instruction didn't get its opinfo, so the actual
opcode wasn't calculated, which means PIRC didn't how to convert a 3-op to a
2-op instruction. Switching 2 statements fixed it.
