Log:
[IMCC] Add NULLOK to a couple of function arguments.
These arguments can reasonably be NULL (and are sometimes NULL during the
course of normal operation), yet didn't have the NULLOK flag set.
(Found by the headerizer NONNULL assert() patch.)
