  Added: src/blocks/woody/java/org/apache/cocoon/woody/event
                        FormHandler.java AbstractFormHandler.java
  Removed: src/blocks/woody/java/org/apache/cocoon/woody
                        FormHandler.java
  Log:
Moved FormHandler class in event subpackage, made interface more generic
to handle all kinds of WidgetEvents, and introduced an AbstractFormHandler
class which splits the ActionEvents from the ValueChangedEvents.
