Added: branches/db4o/ Log: Create branch for work on db4o. The main purpose is to move the client layer into the database. This will provide instant resuming and much lower memory usage. All the other persistence mechanisms will eventually be deprecated in favour of the database also. It will be regularly backed up by the node. The datastore may or may not be converted; hopefully saltedhashstore will land before this does and it won't be necessary. If it is it will use a separate database and keep the reconstruction logic.
