Log:
There is no vote going on right now, so remove that part from the web
page. Add a paragraph pointing people at the general@ list until the
project mailing lists are created.
Note: I don't know how to regen the site, nor do I have the tools. I
just hand-edited the .html. The .pdf is (thus) out of date.
