Log Message:
Work in progress on a tool that parses a directory with tagfiles and
subdirectories that contain.. etc.
It gathers information about the tags, and creats an xml containing it.
this file can be used to create tld's and html documentation.
This can be a handy tool while developing larger applications containing many
tagfiles. Just edit the tagfiles, and later you can generate the documentation.
Is under development as a subproject to the vpro-wizards.
