Each participating project or vendor should take each of the four sample
documents and create an ODF text document (ODT extension) that best matches the
sample document. In most cases the entire document will not need to be
reproduced, but only certain pages, as indicated in the detailed instructions.

-
Each participant must complete these sample documents and email them by
September 18th to this mailing list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). The documents should
be named XXX_1.odt, , XXX_2.odt, etc., where XXX is the vendor or project
name. So, OO_1.odt, KDE_2.odt, etc.

At the Interoperability Camp each participant will have the opportunity to
load documents produced by all of the other vendors, to see how well they are
rendered. So if there are 6 different vendors participating, you will be
looking at 5 different versions of each sample document, in addition to the one
that you created.
