I've been messing with them a bit too, and it works pretty well.
I fixed some bugs (not the one you list tho'!) and personal
preferences things.

Changes: Add date to header (else receivers get it in the bottom
of their mailbox on a few mail progs), hide cvsroot commits,
added "users" file support (cvsnt doesn't seem to provide this
directly in build 27 I'm using), and fixed HTML coding bugs.
Trouble is I also hacked it to work with "Subscribe Me" self-
subscribing email list from Elite CGI.

Would anyone find this useful?
