[Cvsnt] CVS Release and Beta

Has anyone gotten CVSNT working on Windows 2000 Server with all the latest service packs, and patches?  After installing the latest stable release I am unable to execute any command without it hanging (not responding to requests)... and the beta throw and excetion when i try to send command to it.   Thanks,
