I'll take my comments back.  Just tried tonight again with an EMPTY password
file...well, I had no problems login with Netbeans client, but using
cvs.exe, I don't think I will be successful logged in until hell freezes
over.

I do have a user MrX on my machine though.

And in the CVSNT control applet, everything is turned off...except for
listen on TCP/IP port...

pserver was used to logon.
