Sometimes CVS uses very cryptic error messages, but this one is very
clear, isnt't it?

There must be a domain user called 'Admin' on the server, otherwise CVS
won't work. If you don't like to add such a user you can change your entry
in the CVSROOT\password file so that it is aliased to different (existing)
domain user.
