I've never seen this error before... It's one of those errors that 'Can't happen'. This error means a serious error with your NT installation. Basically the Administator well-known SID is missing (LookupAccountSid failed). Without this there's no way it can lookup the administrator name to check whether you're a member of the group. I'm not sure how a machine with this sort of error can even boot, let alone work... The Administrator SID doesn't change between versions of Windows, otherwise you couldn't have different versions in the same domain and it'd all go pear shaped...
