Hi Arvid My guess is that you get a bad version of cvs from your script.

Could anyone let me know where I am going wrong. Following is the error message which i get when I issue the command cvs update: unknown method in CVSroot: :ntserver:is0027:c:/cvsrep cvs [update aborted]: Bad CVSROOT.
