maybe it is because you have a double quote on the second
line

^ this is double

I also have installed IIS und WebCVS.
When I run WebCVS the following error occurs:

Here is a part of my cvsweb.conf:

'Admin' => 'e:/cvs-projekte/admin''
);
# This tree is enabled by default when

$cvstreedefault = 'cvsprojekte';
The directory on e:/cvs-projekte exists on the server.
CVSNT runs without problems.
Can anybody help me with WebCVS?
