[cwe-lug] USB TCP/IP driver for windows

Say you want to talk TCP/IP to your iPaq, Zaurus or whatever. In Linux I 
just say

modprobe usbnet
ifconfig usb0 192.168.0.1
Can I load a similar driver in Windows? There is such a s thing as 
RNDIS, but I'm not sure that is applicable.

Any thoughts?
