We did got it installed by sshing to the box, collaborating via kibitz, and using webmin (via port-forwardin). In the near future, we will tear it down and do it again, just to make sure we wrote down the notes correctly.
One thing I know that need to be taken care of is e-mail. Currently, the system does not (or cannot) send e-mail. If anyone wishes to help out getting things setup so that drupal can send e-mail, that would be great.
