Not really losing. We're just putting ourselves at an extreme disadvantage by allowing anyone to modify the wiki pages. If we really wanted to we could implement an authentication system and an approval process, much like what I have done with this mailing list; people have to sing up to the list and first-time posts have to be approved. Thus far, IMHO, the banlist for the wiki is working reasonably well:

What do I need to install gentoo? Specifically, can I install gentoo on a PowerBook G4 laptop (PPC) using an external USB2 drive as the install destination, thus leaving the existing drive untouched?
