First Option to try. I could not find this setting in Webmin.
I did find a Domain forward in Webmin.
It looks like a one line entry
The following link talks about sendmail forwarding. This may be the answer.

The Second option.
If you want to try this I can set up every thing but your account info.
I used apt-get to install fetchmail.
This article explains the setup for fetchmail and sendmail. I am not sure if you can set it to just send. Do you care if it downloads mail. I assume it can be set to leave a copy on the server.
