Response I got from Missouri No Call list re: cell phones.

Basically, you have to register your cell phone with the national DNC list.

Unfortunately at this time only RESIDENTIAL numbers may be added to the
Missouri No Call List; businesses and cell phones are not covered by
Missouri No Call Laws. We urge you to write your local and state
senators and legislators so that the law may be changed in your favor.
If you would like to add a cell phone you may do so through the National
No Call List; 888-382-1222. To add your cell phone or residential line
to the National No Call List you must be calling from the phone number
you wish to add. Thank you.

Hello,

Are cell phone #'s in missouri going to be given to telemarketers on January 1st the same as the national (FTC) do not call list? Do I need

to register on both lists?

Thanks,

Ed
