[cwe-lug] OT: Retraction on Cell number list deadline

Sorry about that, folks. Turns out this was an urban legend. I was 
passing along a note from the SLUUG Announce newsletter. They retracted 
it today, and I'm doing the same. There is no deadline to register with 
the national DNC list. Also, there is no Jan 1st turnover of the list to 
telemarketers.

It doesn't hurt to register with the list, but there seems to be no 
pressing need to do so. This may change in the future, so stay tuned, 
but get your information from more reliable sources. Also, you can 
register your home phone numbers to reduce telemarketing calls at home.

Sorry again if I exacerbated the issue.
