$60.00 for an educational copy.
This was a stealth project designed for educational usage that eventually made it into every Mac sold. The developers were trespassers within the Apple labs who had no authorization to do this and got away with just because it was so cool, real engineers adopted them without upper level management's authorization (or knowledge.) At one point they had to tailgate to get into the building. Interesting story on /. last week about this.

Any simple graph applications out there, appropriate for a beginner learning middle school math for example? Could run on Windows or Unix platforms.
Anyone know of a FLOSS app that does the above? IIRC, R, SciLab, and Octave can do that, but are they appropriate for 12-14 year olds?
