Could this be the 'ultimate boot CD' ver 2.2.1? It has a lot of downloads on
it but have never used it. I can take it to CWE lug

Yes, we did. Two things I do remember: 1) it was not OpenSource. In fact, some of the programs on it had licenses clearing forbidding copying and redistribution. 2) some of the programs did not work. In particular, I was looking into the hard disk testing programs.
