You most definately have a hardware problem, .. either a driver is
slightly incompatible, or, perhaps, cannot handle the apm correctly.
You might want to turn off APM entirely (just for a test), .. might also
be a good test to turn off a lot of the other peripherals for testing
(USB, etc.).
Any chance at all of tying to a specific hardware event?
