I've only played a little with Kanotix, and have not installed it to my hard drive, yet. But from what I can tell so far is, if you boot Kanotix, customize it, and then install it to your hard drive, you will then have a pre-customized Debian install on your machine. Is that fair to say?

Can the same be said of Knoppix?
