Dear Reader,

For the first time in six years, I'm in Sebastopol during the Open Source
Convention (OSCON) instead of onsite, which is the Oregon Convention
Center in Portland. So, like many of you, I'm following the event via my
laptop rather than directly through my camera lens. Here's what I'm
keeping an eye on.

articles, and groove on James Duncan Davidson's flickr photos (where you can see what I believe to be the first blue inflatable chair ever at an
O'Reilly conference.  Oh my, I'm getting a late '90s flashback).
