search for rpm's avail. thru apt (AKA, the weirdo way):

http://freshrpms.net/

http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/

search for deb's avail. through apt (AKA, the one true way):

http://www.apt-get.org/

or just use a real debian-based distro instead of those candy-assed RPM-based 
distros ... like Libranet, Ubuntu/Kubuntu, Kanotix, or (gasp!) Debian.
