Since it is Hardware RAID 5, I think Linux should see it as SDx. It may need a custom driver from Compaq (HP). You may want to try CentOS 4.2. I have read it works on Compaq Proliant servers without problems. Warning! If you try CentOS 4.2, SE Linux is on in the default install. I have not used Linux on the Proliant line. -- Jerry Hubbard [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ CWE-LUG mailing list [email protected] http://www.cwelug.org/ http://www.cwelug.org/archives/ http://www.cwelug.org/mailinglist/
