Talking about a group that needs some help, I tried to register on- line for some fun courses at the St Louis Community College:
https://users.stlcc.edu/AdminRegCE/regster2CE.htm A few items started giving me red flags: 1) I have to register for each campus individually 2) the form is asking me to input information the database already knows. I should just put in a unique course number and the rest should auto-populate. 3) the title has a maximum length of 15 characters. So most course titles will not fit. 4) I have to enter the fee for the course, yet no where on the site is there information about the fee structure. 5) I have to calculate the fee total for all courses. Not that I can't add, but I'm curious to know if I could put in any amount I like. ;) So, in true FLOSS fashion I figured I would provide feedback via their "Problems on this Site?" link: http://www.stlcc.edu/webadmin/inquiryform.html After filling it out, I click on "Submit to Web Coordinator". What do I see next? This message: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009' Subscript out of range: '[number: 1]' /cgi-bin/formmail.asp, line 174 So much for that internet thingy.
