There are basically three places for your public key: 1) your own account (user.sourceforge.net) 2) CVS (cvs.sourceforge.net) 3) the compile farm For CVS, posting your public key requires a few steps: 1) login to SF[1] 2) click on "Account Options"[2] 3) scroll down and click on "Edit SSH Keys for Shell/CVS"[3] 4) post your id_dsa.pub key in the text box and click "Update" 5) wait 10 minutes and you should be good to go 'CVS_RSH=ssh cvs up' and 'CVS_RSH=ssh cvs ci' work just great. BTW, I figured out the above steps by just hunting around. Are those instructions anywhere on the SF site? I looked at the link Ed posted, but couldn't find anything but background information about SSH.
