All,

Would anyone be able to bring a projector to the Hazelwood LUG
meeting Tuesday evening (tomorrow)? The one Jim Roe brought last
month sure made a great difference on what we covered. I haven't
heard back from him this month.

I would like to do a very quick demo of OpenOffice.org BASE before
we go on to other things. Carl Fitch plans to cover Boot Loaders.
Both of these items really require the use of a video projector.

Some of the Linux newcomers have already suggest a pot load of topics.
So what follows the demo is not certain (or even if we have a demo).
If we don't have use of a projector we will fall back onto general
chalk board use for our discussion.

Suggestions included:
  Disk partitioning,
different ways to run Linux and Windows on the same machine,
boot sector loaders [our main topic if we have a projector],
  operating system file types,
  swap-able hard drives,
  PC sound card configuration,
sound applications and sound file formats,
and the downloading and installation of Linux drivers.
