Hello all, As part of getting the students and volunteers up to speed, ByteWorks is putting together a "What is linux?" wiki page[1] that will eventually be morphed into a presentation, poster, flyer, pamphlet, etc. My plan was to put up the wiki, invite others to participate, start searching Google, and add answers and new question to the wiki. The wiki's up and this post is an invitation for you to participate.
Perhaps there's a FAQ you'd like to recommend. Or a book that you think is a must-have. Or maybe there are some questions that we have failed to consider. If so, please feel free to make changes on the wiki. If you are not comfortable editing the wiki, feel free to e- mail me directly, whichever is more convenient for you. I just ask that you remember that the target audience is 4th-8th grade students and the volunteers that will show them. Thanks in advance for helping out and I'm off to start Googling.
