If Twisted Knickers isn't the name of a post-rock band, it ought to be! :-) However ... whatever Google says about "we'll be changing that stuff eventually", right now anyone who downloads Chrome has agreed to their existing EULA. That includes the ridiculous clause that, in order to terminate your agreement, you have to send Google a letter to their California address saying so.
