(sorry, new and touchy keyboard) Scott, maybe Denise will have better luck getting someone with the St. Louis County government to fix their web site. I've been emailing back and forth for days, sent a message to the webmaster last week, and still no joy. This is the link from the "official" St. Louis County Government web site where people can find and download various forms: http://www.stlouisco.com/forms/ In the middle of the page is the option to "Select Forms by Topic:" and the first form listed is "Absentee Ballot". The only problem is, the form it produces is for the February Primary election that was held seven months ago. The only "answer" I can get from someone named Melissa Moore is that I should go to the Elections page and download the form for the November General election there. I can not seem to get her to understand that I already have the form; what I want is for the government to fix their broken web site, so any other voters looking for a particular form under the "forms" search tool actually finds the right one, and not one that's obsolete.
