I tried this today using a LCD projector and the IR light. It worked, but could have worked a lot better if the IR LED was more diffuse and brighter. The IR LED was from Radio Shack: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?currentTab=summary&productId=2062565 Does anyone know if brighter and more difuse IR LEDs exist, and if so, where to get them? Or is it possible to make the one I have brighter and more diffuse?
