Why not ask Wikipedia? (they just came up high on a Google Search) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_feed_aggregators
I've used Sharpreader and NewsGator (not since it has been free) and while decent, nothing was as good as Google Reader. An interesting one on the list was Lotus Notes. In 8 they have a Sidebar for RSS Feeds but it is worse than the other two.
