It pertained more to cell phone use, IM, texting.

I enjoyed the speaker.  She did a good job of explaining the parameters of
research and how to determine if cost or culture was a determinant of a
behavior.

Especially women prefer texting to IM because they can choose to delay a
response or not to respond at all.

I am going to research her books because she is a careful thinker.  That
title was very misleading because almost nothing pertained to Twitter or
Facebook.
