TinyXP looks pretty good. I've installed it in each of my VM systems, and I've been trying it in Parallels v5 preview. Looks like it's a good idea to turn off folder sharing, at least on initial install, and especially when installing the complementary 1-year trial of Kaspersky. I think Kaspersky scans all the shared folders (Mac files) and slows things down quite a bit.
