Several months ago, we had quite the debate about Apple's developer guidelines.

Today, it's being reported that Apple has changed those guidelines
quite a bit. In the interesting of updating everyone, here you go:

http://daringfireball.net/2010/09/app_store_guidelines

"Apple today announced several significant changes to the iOS
developer agreement, and a new document called the App Store Review
Guidelines. The latter is intended as a plain-English guide to the
rules and guidelines Apple is using to determine which apps to accept
into the store — a guide that has been sorely lacking to date."

There's a lot more on the site I linked to above.
