My ex-wife Denise Lieberman is running the Election Protection Legal
Command Center again this year. I'll be helping her again on the tech
front, & I'd like to invite anyone else who wants to help out to do
so. I've been doing this for almost a decade, & it really is fun -
plus it helps others perform their civic duties!

Basically, in one day we create a LAN for a team of non-partisan
lawyers to work making sure that everyone who wants to can vote on
election day. The job of the techies is to keep the LAN up, help
lawyers connect to the LAN (they're almost all using Windows, btw),
print documents, and assist in any other way. It's a long day -
roughly 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. or so - but any time you want to help would
be great. They have coffee, soda, & food there.

If you're interested in helping out, please let me know & I'll send
you more info.

Remember, this is non-partisan. It's all about making sure that
everyone can exercise their legal right to vote. I hope to see you on
election day!

"If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were
to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government
would be necessary. In framing a government which is to be
administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you
must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the
next place oblige it to control itself."
